At NishVine, we specialize in handcrafted candles and home fragrance products. Due to the fragile, consumable, and personal-use nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns & No Refunds

All products sold on www.nishvine.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Fragrance preferences or personal expectations

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish

  • Products that have been used, burned, or altered

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Submit a clear and unedited video of the product unboxing.

  • Photographs of the packaging showing any damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests received after 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Upon verification, NishVine may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.


Handmade Product Variations

Many NishVine products are handcrafted and made in small batches.

As a result, slight differences in:

  • Color

  • Shape

  • Texture

  • Wax finish

  • Fragrance intensity

may occur from one product to another.

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Public holidays

  • Natural calamities

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.
